INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN

I have several years of instructional design experience. In my current work I develop course content together with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts). We mainly develop the existing eLearning courses, but once in a while there is a new course under development. Much of the work is editing instructional videos and developing the course material visually engaging – and of course development of the courses according to feedback from course participants.

I’m also one of the contact persons in problems or questions regarding our LMS (Learning Management System) itslearning. I have also participated in developing a User’s Manual and a Course Template for our teachers who are using itslearning.

Below you can find a small sample of work that I’ve made within the instructional design field. Main part of the course materials are not public (for registered participants only), therefore I can only show a few online samples.

Instructional design (ID), also known as instructional systems design (ISD), is the practice of systematically designing, developing and delivering instructional materials and experiences, both digital and physical, in a consistent and reliable fashion toward an efficient, effective, appealing, engaging and inspiring acquisition of knowledge.
